Hotfix September 10
Today's hot fix looked into the following:

GAMEPLAY
Iksar crests are now using the correct texture.
Addressed a server stability issue.
Mages should now find a rare drop on Meng Bah’Dash’s loot table.
Defeating the taskmaster no longer allows respawn in Travenro's chamber in Veeshan's Peak.
"Peace with the Valkyries" in Everfrost now updates off of both the sheep and the dashers.
SPELLS
Mystic
The Spirit of the Bull line should now toggle correctly when cast.
Wizard
The Surging Tempest line of spells should now stack properly when cast by multiple wizards
I was thinking that Cor's crest looked a little odd the past couple of days. I've been working some more on her tradeskilling (74 armorer now) and transmuting (177 bleh!), those notorious AAs (128 and counting) and was thinking at first it was a glitch in graphics.
