unknown house?
This is apparently one of the bugs introduced with the patch. I'm referring to when you check the marketboard or the broker and it says characters have UNKNOWN HOUSE. At first, I thought it was that the rent wasn't paid, but yep I paid the rent. Also, since the next to last big patch (as in the patch before this expansion patch) one has to zone into one's house to pay for more than 7 days. When someone in chat said today that they had rent paid for 80 days I was thinking they were drinking a bit too much of some dwarven ale, but nope... when again I noticed an alt's house had the bug, I zoned in (rent was paid already for about two weeks worth) and I was up to about 55 days worth of rent before she ran out of cash. I don't know if it is supposed to be like that.
I haven't been able to download the new supposed current version of maps for EQ2, but the map provided with the game is good in some aspects, in others, it is not. Zonelines aren't clearly marked, npcs aren't marked if at all and quests and all that nifty stuff one got used to when using the eq2 maps is not there.
There is a patch today, I logged in for a few minutes to tradeskill, but I saw the message about server going down at 7 am PST for a "brief update."
Hopefully they will fix some bugs, and also let us know what they fixed, sometimes there isn't even a notification to what they did and it would be nice to know.
