Hot fix November 25th
This was what was done for today's patch:
Hotfix November / 25 / 2008
MISSIONS
You should now be able to get another mission after your previous mission has expired or been completed.
QUESTS
It is no longer be possible to share the quests from Scabby Gabby or Petty Officer Kimtiz for the "Soko-what?" and "Higher Purpose" lines. Those who previously got stuck because of sharing their subquests should return to Scabby Gabby or Kimtiz and receive their title and be able to advance.
It is no longer be possible to gate yourself if you exit out of Morsley's dialog after giving him the Staff of Theer in "Shadow Odyssey, Chapter 3: Veilbreaker Down" as quest will update when staff is taken.
FACTION
You can no longer set your faction with the Brokenskull to a permanent non-aggro value with the Officer disguise.

Ale stained cloak of the gathering - house item
Maybe it was just me that hadn't noticed that this veteran reward is actually a house item. I noticed it hanging on the wall of a friend's house and that's how I found out lol. You have to equip the cloak at first then right click and choose use and it will make the cloak hangable. That is, it will take it off your back and return it to your inventory. Now you are able to hang it in your house or guildhall. Rent reduction (as it applies to housing only, not halls) is 1,000. The cloak looks like the cloak hanging on the wall but it is hanging from some lights.
